Brian Collins
Brian is a Registered Dietitian obtaining his B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and his Masters in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Brian enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and has experience in chronic disease, weight management, healthy aging, sports performance, gut health disorders, and inflammation. He believes in meeting the client where they are and working together to develop long-lasting lifestyle changes by building on small goals and personal empowerment.
With over 15 years of food service experience, Brian has a passion for developing individualized meal plans that are nutritious and delicious. His love for wellness stems from a long career as a massage and bodywork therapist. When he is not in the office, you can find Brian checking out local eateries, on day hikes with friends and family, cooking, and enjoying all that Charlotte has to offer.
