Grace Zeck
Grace Zeck is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian with a passion for working with families and helping them meet their goals through nutrition. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill and later returned to UNC to complete her Masters of Public Health and Dietetics program. During her second year of graduate school, she also completed a lactation consulting program to further her clinical skills in maternal and infant nutrition. Grace understands the importance of nutrition throughout the life cycle and has experience working with clients ranging from newborns to geriatric patients. She believes that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about creating evidence-based, sustainable, and attainable plans with her clients. Outside of work, you can find Grace enjoying the outdoors, making baked goods from scratch, drinking coffee, and spending time exploring RDU with her husband.
