Darla Lilleberg

Darla grew up in North Dakota and has slowly migrated south over time putting her in Charlotte for the past 13 years. She graduated from Baker University in Overland Park Kansas with a Masters in Science Management. From there she worked in multiple operations/sales roles within Black & Veatch and Procter & Gamble before starting her own health and wellness business here in Charlotte in 2016. Being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis is what inspired her to learn as much as possible about how fitness and nutrition impact the body. It was through that process she became certified by IIN, Precision Nutrition, and ACSM. She enjoys coaching/training others on how to implement simple lifestyle changes that can make a big impact on their overall quality of life. She looks forward to adding value and great customer service here at Nutrition Healthworks! Outside of work, she enjoys lifting heavy, continuing her health/wellness education, volunteering, and spending time with her cats Sully and Sage.
