Anita is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of North Carolina with 20 years of dedication to making people’s lives better through nutrition therapy. Born and raised in New York City, Anita earned a master’s degree from CUNY Brooklyn.

With a functional nutrition approach, Anita helps individuals find and address the root cause of their health concerns. Anita believes that everything begins and ends with the gut. She is passionate about working with individuals that suffer from G.I. disorders and obesity. When not working, Anita enjoys time with her husband and two children. She loves traveling, hiking, and dancing is an avid cook, and loves to create healthy versions of classic recipes.
