Background:
My philosophy is a holistic approach centered around the principles of functional medicine to identify the root cause and provide customized nutrition care. I focus on whole foods, individualized supplements, and mind-body techniques to restore wellness. My goal is to coach, educate, and inspire my clients towards a state of health and well-being.
Outside the Office: I enjoy gardening, shopping, book club, exercise, and plenty of travel.

Favorite Meal of the Day: Lunch... call me crazy, but I love a salad and leftovers.
How I Get My Movement in my Day: I’m a Certified Group Exercise and Spin instructor. On most days, I’m either teaching a class, taking a class, or preparing a class.
