Background:
I’m passionate about helping clients build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food while supporting their overall physical and mental well-being. My passion for nutrition and mental health grew from my own experience as a competitive figure skater for 15 years, where I saw firsthand how nutrition, performance, body image, and self-worth are deeply interconnected. I take a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition counseling and believe meaningful change comes from small, attainable steps that fit your life, not rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking. My goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and confident in their health journey.

Outside the Office: I love spending time at local farmers markets, baking new recipes, and planning my next little getaway or day-trip adventure. I also cherish spending time with family and friends and truly believe that nourishment comes from both the foods we eat and the moments we enjoy.

Always In My Fridge: Washed berries and other grab and go fruit because convenience matters.

Favorite Meal of the Day: Dinner, whether I’m cooking something at home or sharing a meal with friends and loved ones, I love how dinner brings people together at the end of the day.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: By taking long, unhurried walks with my rescue dog, movement that feels good and fits naturally into my routine.
