Berry Protein Smoothie Ingredients:
- ¾ cup milk (cow’s milk, soy milk or unsweetened almond)
- ½ banana
- 6 ounces nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
