Berry Protein Smoothie Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup milk (cow’s milk, soy milk or unsweetened almond)
  • ½ banana
  • 6 ounces nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes



  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
