Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from North Carolina State University and her master’s degree in nutrition from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She completed her dietetic internship at Georgia Southern University where she gained experience working with rural communities. She is proud to be a registered and licensed dietitian since 2016 and has enjoyed working in public health, clinical nutrition, and food service management where she demonstrated her thoroughness and personality in helping children and adults manage their chronic diseases and live healthier lives. Sarah has a certificate of training in integrative and functional nutrition and is passionate about weight management. Outside of work, she can be found running, taking yoga classes, and wandering around local farmers’ markets. She also likes to explore new places both individually and with family and friends.
