Schedule An Appointment

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Healthie, the HIPAA-compliant platform we use, inviting you to set up an account. Once you set up your account, please be sure to log into Healthie to complete your pre-appointment paperwork at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will also use Healthie to communicate with your RD and for telehealth appointments. If you do not receive that invite email within 24 hours of scheduling, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at admin@nutritionhealthworks.com.

Initial Consultation

60 Minutes

The 60-minute Initial Consultation is the first step for all new clients. Your RDN will ask you detailed questions about your medical history, family history, typical dietary intake, weight history, and overall wellness goals. With this information, we will create an initial action plan with a few tips to get you started. Then we will provide you with a detailed outline of our services and customize them to fit your goals. Upon completion of your initial consultation, you and your RDN will have a clear and concise plan for reaching your wellness goals tailored to fit your needs.

Pediatric Consultation

60 Minutes

This service should be used when the patient is under 18 years of age.
NOTE: Your child needs to be present during the appointment.

All new pediatric patients will start with an initial nutrition assessment with at least one parent/guardian and child in attendance. During this appointment, we will thoroughly review your child’s health history and goals. With this information, we will create an initial action plan with a few tips to get you started. After the initial nutrition consultation, the RD is able to determine how to incorporate the child into follow-up sessions based on the individual needs of the child/family. When appropriate, your child/teen may be able to meet with the RD on their own.
