Background:
With three decades of experience across diverse professional environments—including inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling, private practice, research, and corporate wellness—I specialize in providing expert guidance to pediatric and adolescent patients and their families. My therapeutic approach is characterized by a positive, mindful, and individualized methodology designed to empower clients toward achieving sustainable lifestyle modifications. I adhere to a non-fad dietary philosophy centered on the principle that “all foods fit,” emphasizing whole foods and a balanced plate model to establish clear and attainable nutritional objectives.

Outside the Office: Beyond my professional life, I am the proud mother of three young adult children. I have a passion for gardening and tennis, and I have recently begun learning how to play mahjong. My husband and I are avid travelers; exploring destinations both across the country and abroad. As a dedicated foodie, I love culinary variety and rarely prepare the same dish twice. Additionally, my two golden retrievers provide me with daily companionship and joy.

Always In My Fridge: Chobani Less Sugar Yogurt, Baby Spinach, and Honeycrisp Apples

Favorite Meal of the Day: Outside of my cup of coffee in the morning with breakfast, I love dinner!

How I Get My Movement in my Day: I walk my dogs daily for at least 30+ minutes, play tennis 2-3 times per week, and attend my local Barre studio for strength training 1-2 times/week.
