Text Messaging (SMS) Terms of Service
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Nutrition HealthWorks LLC, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: We send text messages strictly to provide appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and booking reminders.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled appointments and interactions with us.
- Pricing: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. Please contact your wireless provider for plan details.
- How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at admin@nutritionhealthworks.com.
- Liability: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
