Sina Sagatachi

Sina is a Registered Dietitian who obtained his BS and MS in Nutrition and Food Science at Appalachian State University. He began his career in the clinical world within the inpatient population, working closely with people, learning how to manage their nutritional needs and adjusting their lifestyle to be in control of certain conditions.

Sina’s passion for teaching and educating is deep-seated in how he approaches helping people learn about nutrition and healthy eating habits, and its correlation to adapting it to their lifestyle to better their health.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and live music every weekend, cooking, playing sports, and exercising. A Charlotte native, he is a huge Panthers, Hornets, and Charlotte FC fan. He finds peace the most when sharing life experiences with friends and family.
