Background:
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches; nutrition should be practical, and all foods fit into a well-balanced diet. I also acknowledge that change can be hard and eating should be enjoyable. I’m here to guide you through the challenges that come up for you and help you truly change your relationship with food. I believe in restoring peace and balance in the kitchen, while making meals more interesting and sustainable. Meeting new people is truly a joy, and I can’t wait to help you on your nutrition journey.

Outside the Office: I love finding new places outdoors to explore with my family and puppy.

Always In My Fridge: We always have single-serve hummus and guacamole cups to jazz up meals and snacks. Having smaller cups cuts down on food waste and helps with portion control.

Favorite Meal of the Day: Even though evening meals can be tricky with a toddler, I love sitting down as a family and catching up on the day. It’s also a great time to model healthy food habits for my daughter, and I am surprised by some of the foods she is willing to try!

How I Get My Movement in my Day: I usually plan my movement around the weather, so I make sure to check that daily. If the morning is cold, I will plan to take a walk in the afternoon when it’s a little warmer and vice versa. Lunch breaks are also a great time to sneak a little movement in!
