Background:
My experience spans from private practice counseling as well as clinical-based medical nutrition therapy. I wholeheartedly believe that nutrition, as it relates to health, should be an individualized approach. I also respect intuitive eating practices and help clients achieve balance through eating. I enjoy working with the pediatric population, as well as families, because our eating habits and food dynamics are shaped during youth. My goal is to provide realistic and sustainable nutrition recommendations based on the current evolving science in health and medicine.

Outside the Office: I enjoy getting outside with my son, Miller. We enjoy going on walks to our favorite local coffee shop. Having a young child, we get to enjoy fun activities through his eyes, such as visiting local parks or playing with our dogs, Jersey & Penny.

Always In My Fridge: I need to have protein spaced throughout my day! Therefore, keeping high-protein items such as Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, grilled meat, and rotisserie chicken always helps serve my hunger.

Favorite Meal of the Day: I enjoy sitting down to dinner with my husband and son each night after a busy day.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: I start the morning with a walk with my son to get movement as early as possible. After that, I utilize blocks of free time for strength-based workouts in our garage gym.
