Background:
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clientele while also having special interests in Diabetes Management and Sports Performance. I understand no two people are alike and take a customized approach to nutritional counseling. I have a passion for helping my clients reach their health and wellness goals while maintaining their quality of life and finding sustainability in their lifestyle change.

Outside the Office: I enjoy hiking, swimming, cycling, dancing, yoga, and HIIT training. I also enjoy taking walks with my family, traveling, and photography.
