Background:
Growing up, I have always been fascinated with how food can be utilized to prevent and/or manage diseases, which is what led me to become a Dietitian to help others with their personal health goals. I like to focus on providing individualized nutrition care plans and counseling to clients utilizing a “food first” approach. Overall, I aim to create realistic nutrition goals that fit clients’ lifestyles and implement preventive care to support overall wellness.

Outside the Office: Outside of the office, I enjoy Pilates, traveling, playing pickleball, trying out new recipes, and spending time with friends and family!

Always In My Fridge: Olipops, all kinds of cheeses, eggs, and fruit.

Favorite Meal of the Day: Dinner because I can take the time to get very creative, and I love winding down for the rest of the night with a good meal.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: My favorite ways to exercise are Pilates, yoga, going on walks around my neighborhood, dancing, and playing pickleball!
