Kelly is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping individuals and families. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida before moving to Saint Louis to complete her Dietetic Internship and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Louis University.
Her passion for nutrition comes from her love of cooking and food science and she uses this knowledge to empower the clients she works with. She uses an individualized approach to help her clients confidently make healthy lifestyle changes that fit their specific needs. She believes that her clients can reach success without strict rules and promotes a balanced message when discussing food and nutrition. She has experience in clinical nutrition, family wellness coaching, and nutrition research and has worked with a wide array of clients with various health conditions and nutritional needs throughout her time as a dietitian. Outside of her work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, going camping, watching local sports, and singing karaoke.
