Background:
I am a Pediatric Specialist but am comfortable working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals with a holistic approach that combines psychology and behavior change. I believe nutrition and a healthy relationship with food are foundational for a thriving life.I work with clients of all ages (infants through older adults) and backgrounds.

Outside the Office: I enjoy training for marathons, playing with my cat, and enjoying the outdoors with my husband and family.

Always In My Fridge: I love dips! I always have some combination of hummus, tzatziki, and/or guacamole.

Favorite Meal of the Day: Do snacks count? I enjoy an array of sweet and salty snacks like dried fruit bars, Mini Perfect bars, PB-filled pretzels, etc.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: Distance running is my favorite form of movement, mostly training for half and full marathons.
