Background:
I believe nutrition is key in promoting health across the lifespan, and food is something that can bring different communities and cultures together. I am passionate about using nutrition to help prevent, manage, and treat chronic diseases. It is also important to acknowledge the social aspect of food, such as attending potlucks or barbecues. Food brings joy, and I enjoy teaching others how food can be both enjoyable and nutritious! Eating healthy should not feel impossible, and I hope to help others create well-balanced meals that fit their everyday lives. I want every client to leave our meetings feeling optimistic and determined to make meaningful changes!

Outside the Office: Outside the office, I am usually reading a book, watching a new K-drama, or walking on a trail.

Always In My Fridge: Greek yogurt, blueberries, broccoli, and cheese!

Favorite Meal of the Day: My favorite meal of the day is dinner because this is usually when I am able to cook and catch up with my family. Cooking for several people forces me to be creative and switch things up often.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: I love walking and running. I have also recently started Pilates as a fun form of movement!
