Background:
I believe healthy eating should be personalized, sustainable, and taste really good. I’ve navigated my own IBS journey, and well-versed to help those with abdominal bloating or changes in bowel habits after meals. I’m also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and other underserved populations, because everyone should have access to quality nutrition care. My approach is rooted in intuitive eating, though honestly, how far we lean into that depends entirely on your goals and what feels right for you. I may be the nutrition expert, but you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will implement weekly goals and sustainable meal planning strategies that will create momentum. This way, you leave every session feeling more equipped, more confident, and ready to tackle any barriers you encounter along the way. Healthy eating shouldn’t feel like punishment – It should be personalized, sustainable, and taste really good.

Outside the Office: I enjoy exploring Columbia and Charlotte. I also enjoy hiking, swimming, cooking, and game nights with friends. I take pride in my community and cherish every adventure I get to go on with my partner.

Always In My Fridge: Yogurt, kimchi, fruit, chicken, fish, almond milk

Favorite Meal of the Day: Dinner, because my partner and I will often cook and watch anime together. If I am lucky, he will cook Vietnamese food.

How I Get My Movement in my Day: Walking! It is heavily underrated and with the proper guidance on nutrition, it is possible to make a lot of progress with walking alone. 10-15k is an ideal range, but don’t stress about the step count. Focus your energy on finding opportunities- 10 minutes here, 30 minutes there, it all adds up.
