Background:
I have loved both food and health since I can remember, and going into a profession that allows me to help others improve their nutrition has been a dream come true. I approach my counseling sessions with a positive, encouraging perspective and am a big believer in setting small, incremental changes to achieve lasting results. I encourage clients to add nutrition into their diets versus restricting, and am always willing to talk through any hurdles in order to make a tailored plan that will bring considerable progress.

Outside the Office: You can find me in the kitchen baking my newest dessert craving, thrifting for unique pieces to collect, crocheting my next project, and trying new restaurants with my husband.

Always In My Fridge: Eggs, any kind of berry, and chocolate milk

Favorite Meal of the Day: Dinner- so many options and flavors. I always tend to make extra for leftovers the next day!

How I Get My Movement in my Day: I love to walk, hike, swim, play tennis, or work in the garden (the hardest workout of them all).
