Background:
The first ten years of my career were in acute care, where I refined my skills in medical nutrition therapy. I then spent the next decade working with kidney failure patients in a dialysis clinic, managing their bone mineral metabolism, electrolyte, protein, and fluid status. In doing this work, I found my passion for working with diverse populations and enjoyed guiding them towards simple, realistic solutions to improving their nutrition and health. Most importantly, my time in dialysis taught me that meeting people where they’re at is essential for connecting and making an impact. This lesson has carried over into my private practice. I enjoy learning each client’s story and discovering their unique set of challenges and needs.

Outside the Office: I enjoy yoga, gardening, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with my six-year-old daughter at the skating rink, or cozying up on the couch.
