Sydney is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Kent State University where she was a 4-year NCAA Division I collegiate softball player. She has a well-rounded skill set providing individual and group counseling to recreational and competitive athletes as well as adults and seniors hoping to optimize health status, achieve weight loss, and prevent and/or manage various medical conditions. Her previous experience working as a Nutrition Assistant for the University of Louisville football team and Clinical Dietitian at Frye Regional Medical Center has allowed her to implement both sports nutrition and medical nutrition therapy into professional practice.
Sydney’s passion is ultimately in sports nutrition, but she also aims to promote a flexible, balanced lifestyle to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals while still incorporating their favorite foods. She is currently working toward becoming a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
In her free time, Sydney lives an active lifestyle participating in CrossFit. She is also an avid foodie who loves developing healthy recipes (especially pizza), baking, trying out new restaurants when traveling, and eating FroYo!
