Andrea Carlisle is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College. Her interests include culinary nutrition, intuitive eating, and women’s health. Prior to joining Nutrition HealthWorks, Andrea worked as a nutrition educator, counselor, and clinical dietitian.
Andrea provides evidence-based care and tailored support to her clients to help them navigate their unique nutritional needs and achieve realistic, sustainable nutrition goals. She is a firm believer that food should be a source of both nourishment and enjoyment, and she is dedicated to helping individuals have a more positive relationship with food. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys being outdoors, trying new recipes, and spending time with her cat.
